1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is unused and in original condition

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and not physically damaged by the customer
  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoices included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Personal hygiene products (if opened)
  • Digital/downloadable products

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  4. Wait for return approval before sending the item

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank (processing times may vary)
